Important Update – Albanwise Insurance Services is Evolving….
Due to an internal restructuring within our wider Group, it has been decided by the Board that the team looking after all of the non Wallace Estates/Grays Inn Estates/Simarc insurance policies will be best served working as part of a larger insurance broker, with access to a wider range of insurer facilities. To this end, from Monday 17th February, 2025, your policy will be looked after by the existing team, and with the existing insurer, but under the new name of Sona Insurance Services.
All email addresses will automatically forward to the new Sona Insurance Services, and the phones, both landline and mobile, will all be diverted also, and claims should continue to be reported in the usual way.
So for you, there will be no real visible changes except for the name at the top of the letter. The team are even staying in the same office building with the same address, to maintain continuity.
However, we believe that this move will enhance what we can offer you as our clients, and we would be delighted to hear from you if you have any queries or require any further clarification.
Otherwise, it is business as usual, and we thank you again for your continued support under our new name.
Again, please note that if you are a Simarc customer, then you can ignore this message – everything remains the same!
