Welcome to our new name and new look!
After 20 years as Residents Insurance Services, we have taken the opportunity to refresh our outward facing look, to better reflect where we are and what we are part of.
Historically we have just arranged insurance on blocks of flats, and that still forms the lion’s share of our business. However, following changes made over the past two years, we now have a team of talented people with expertise in other areas as well, and it would be a shame to let these talents go to waste!
So, a fresh new look, a new name to better reflect our position as part of a bigger property focused business, and new insurance facilities to ensure better outcomes for our clients.
However, other than the name logo and a new email address, nothing else will materially change to start with as far as you, our clients, are concerned. You will still have your usual account handlers looking after you, and all phone numbers remain the same.
So business as usual, but behind the scenes we are working hard to ensure that this rebrand acts as a catalyst for us to improve everything that we do for our clients even further – if you like what we offered previously, you’re going to love the new Albanwise Insurance Services!
